We understand that choosing a business automation programme is a significant decision. That's why we've created this straightforward refund policy. It explains when refunds apply, how the process works, and what you can expect from us.
Eligibility Criteria
Not all situations qualify for refunds. Here's what needs to happen for a refund request to be considered:
Early Withdrawal
If you withdraw within 14 days of enrolment and haven't accessed more than 20% of programme materials, you may qualify for a partial refund.
Technical Issues
When our platform experiences extended technical problems that prevent access for more than 72 consecutive hours, refunds may be considered.
Programme Cancellation
If we cancel a scheduled programme before it starts, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.

We'll acknowledge receipt within 24 hours on business days.

Our team reviews your request against our eligibility criteria. We check access logs, payment records, and the specific circumstances.
This usually takes 3-5 business days.

Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and processing timeline.
Partial refunds are prorated based on materials accessed.

Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds return via your original payment method.
Bank processing times vary but typically take 5-10 additional days.
What Doesn't Qualify
- Requests made more than 30 days after enrolment
- Cases where more than 30% of programme content has been accessed
- Change of mind after completing modules or assessments
- Failure to complete the programme due to personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with individual learning outcomes or pace
Payment Methods & Timing
We process refunds back to your original payment method. Different payment types have different processing speeds:
Bank processing times are outside our control. If your refund hasn't appeared after the estimated timeframe, check with your bank first. Then contact us if there's still an issue.
Partial Refunds
When you've already accessed some programme materials, we calculate partial refunds based on what you've used. We track module completion, downloaded resources, and time spent on the platform.
The calculation is straightforward: total programme value minus the percentage of content accessed. So if you've gone through 25% of the materials, you'd be eligible for up to 75% of your payment back, assuming you meet other eligibility criteria.
Special Circumstances
Life happens. Sometimes unexpected situations arise that affect your ability to complete a programme. While we can't guarantee refunds in all cases, we do consider individual circumstances.
Medical emergencies, family crises, or other significant life events might warrant special consideration. If you're facing something like this, reach out to us. We'll review your situation individually and work with you to find a reasonable solution, which might include payment plans, programme transfers, or extended access rather than refunds.
